However, you have another active subscription which is Silver yearly.
You can cancel your Silver yearly Subscription ID: I-RPVT5BU836H9 by following this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/336-How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription
Then contact us again, so that we can process a refund for your Silver subscription.
