Hi again,
Can I get some help? I am having difficulties with text (and other) fields not showing up in the results from the submitted forms. I have reviewed the email settings and the fields will not appear in the "fields" dropbox to add them to the emailed results. Also, if I go into the PDF designer, the fields ARE there but once placed in the pdf and saved the pdf attachement will still not have the fields for printing.

Can you please specify what fields are not showing in your email content?

The text box below "lease end date" titled H. THE FOLLOWING STATION/EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED BY SHAG
Also - the "Security deposit receipt" will not show up

I see you were referring to those TEXTS fields. Please take note that TEXTS fields will not be included or will not appear in the Email Content of the form by default.
You will need to manually add/insert the TEXTS in the email message content.
