Is it possible to have notifications sent to multiple email addresses and all recipients are on the same email?

I need to set up my form so that all submissions are sent to 2 email addresses and that they are both on the same email, not individual emails being sent.

Yes, that is possible. You can setup one notification email with up to 10 recipients, while you can have at most 2 recipients within one autoresponder email. Please check out this guide when sending emails to multiple recipients:

    Hello,

This did not work. I need the same email to go to two email addresses at the same time. Meaning they are both copied on the same email, so that if one person responds, the other will be able to see their response to the submission.

Our notification doesn't work like that. You can forward a notification to multiple recipients via submissions page, but you cannot create a carbon copy like feature that allows your users to reply to all emails in the recipient list back and forth.

The list of emails is somehow shown in email apps for example so emailing back and forth doesn't need to be in Jotform. You can use Gmail or any other email application.
