How can I open this link?

    Hi, 

    I have tried all the solutions you suggested but none of them worked. I still can't open the link and I get a message saying the IP adress can't be found.

    I tried to open the link and was able to view the form successfully.

    I have whitelisted your IP Address just in case you are being blocked from opening the page. Can you please re-check?

    On the other hand, I looked for the same error on the web and found some suggestions to fix it. If the issue persists, can you please check this guide and follow it. It seems that it might be your ISP/settings that is blocking it.

    Fix DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN
