I'm not sure why. I used the email crew@seashepherd.org until I was continually getting autosuspended and so I created another login with my personal email.
Can you please help ASAP! We are recruiting heavily right now and I need to modify a form today!
Love jotform but soooo annoyed. What am I doing wrong!!??

I have checked both of your accounts and they were automatically suspended (autosuspended)by our Phishing Detector Tool since I found that you are requesting Banking Information on both forms: https://www.jotform.com/82275124071248 and on your previous account form: https://www.jotform.com/81665200891255.

Since forms are created everyday for phishing activities such as: stealing credit card information, social security numbers, login credentials, child pornography, etc, that is why it suspends every form that has to do with those activities.
I recommend you to check our: Terms of Use.
Regarding those forms, depending of the purpose of collecting Banking information:
If you are requesting Banking information for direct deposit or refund you need to add the two mandatory widgets, that allows your customers to authorize the collection of their Banking Information:

Terms of Agreement in order to verify that your customers agree to provide that information: https://widgets.jotform.com/search/terms
