Problem of payment

    Hello,

     

    I just received an email from "vendors@plimus.com" telling me that they could not get my payment because of credit card changes.

    I have 2 questions :

    - should I trust this email mail ?

    - and if yes, which login and password should I use ?

    Hi Fabien,

    -Yes, you can trust the said email. It is from our old payment processor, Plimus.

    -Your plimus username and password; Check this thread on how to change Credit Card Information on Plimus: http://www.jotform.com/answers/63743-How-can-I-change-my-billing-information
