How do I display a summary using the form fields data?

Is there any way I can create a field that would allow me to collect all previous fields into a Summarizing Paragraph? For instance: 

{nameOf} entered into eternal rest in {whatCity5}, {typeA} on {typeA22} at {whenThe}, {whatWas}. {theDeceased} was born in {whatCity}, {whatState24} on {whatWas23}. {theDeceased} was a resident of {whatCity9}, {input19}. {theDeceased} was a graduate of {whatHigh}, Class of {whatYear}. {nameOf} was {howWould} in high school. {theDeceased} attended {whatCollege} after high school.

Please advise..

I see that you have already added a test field to the form with the summary of the fields.
