Please forgive me if this has already been asked, I'm new to the forum. I did a search for my question but didn't have any luck.

Currently is going to my Google Drive. It goes to New Customer Registration Form then creates another folder under that and drops in the PDF in that folder. What I want to do is

Instead of PDF I want my form data to go to a CSV file(s) and want each of those files to got to the New Customer Registration Form folder and that's it So it would

    New Customer Registration Form\File_1.csv

    New Customer Registration Form\File_2.csv

And so on, I don't want a new directory created every time a file comes in.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Unfortunately it is not possible to send csv file instead of submission PDF in integrated google drive folder.

If you need submission data in csv format, I would suggest you to please export submissions in csv file. You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

Please note that it is also possible to create a csv report as well and the following guide should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/103-How-to-Create-a-CSV-Report
