    Asked by centralmarkets on December 10, 2012 at 04:45 AM

    first things first - I love jotforms and thing what you guys have done it great :)

    --

    anyway, I do have an issue that I don't seem to be able to resolve with regards to stying.

    My latest form (http://form.jotformpro.com/form/23413184201945?) has exactly the same styling as all my other forms in terms of font and font size (helvetica, 12) however, the above form displays the a different font (arial I believe) and it is bold. I can't seem to change this regardless of what I do.

    Please help

    Hi Richard,

    Your form font family is already Helvetica base on the form source: http://screencast.com/t/k4sODdlRw

    However, we can force the font family by injecting this custom CSS codes;

    .form-all {

    font-family: Helvetica !important;

    }

    Please also note that when your user do not have the font Helvetica to there computers, the font will change to the default one which is Arial. Also check your fonts if you already have HELVETICA.

    I do hope this helps.

    Thanks

    thanks for your reply - but I am not technical so therefore wouldn't know where to add the above to the form.

    Also all my other forms don't have this issue, for example this form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/22835770218961

    Thanks for your help
