Product price is displaying "No Charge" when there is a charge

    There are 3 products listed.  The second product is displaying "no charge" even though I have input $20 in the pricing field.  How do I fix this?  Thanks!

    To fix this, remove the CSS injected into the form. The CSS code is affecting the display of the price options.

    Click on the Form Designer Icon, select the CSS tab and then delete all the CSS code in that section.
