Email Notification Settings: Add Submission date to form fields list

Hi,

When I create a form notifier there is a drop down for fields. Not on the drop down is the Submission Date. Is it possible to add it?

Please note that you can add the submission date manually by typing {DATE}. The submission date can be also formatted, see the next guide for more information:

OK... Great!... but what happens if I have a field called {Date} already?

Please note that if you have a date field already added in form, the UNIQUE NAME of the date field will automatically generate a different name.

you can set the default date of your date field to capture the current date. Please check the screenshot below how to set the current date ad default date in date field:

Hope this helps but please note that the default date in the date field of form will be based on the user's computer local time.
