I paid $39 for monthly upgrade on 07/29/2019. It should last until 08/29/2019.
Why do I have to pay again before 08/29/2019? How do I get rid of automatic payment?

We are sorry for the inconveniences you are facing.
The PayPal subscriptions are not flexible. You have initiated new Silver subscription, but your old Bronze PayPal subscription is still active and has overlapped the Silver upgrade.
Please cancel the Bronze subscription within your PayPal account if you want to keep Silver one. The following guide should be of help:

Then, get back to us so we will be able to refund the last payment.
