Can we add dropdown to phone number field?

Dear Staff, we need a dropdown area code prefix list in the mobile number slot. Is it possible?

We do not have an option to add a dropdown to the phone field.

The following widget support the country dropdowns:

- Phone Picker

- International Telephone Picker

- SMS Confirmation

Alternatively, it is possible to add two separate fields using a Multi-line Question element:
