Adding links to single choice field options

Hello,

i want to place a link at the single choice. When i add <a target="_blank" href="https://www.websitehere.de" >AGBs</a> it dont work.... what can i do?

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I'm afraid it is not possible to add a link to Single Choice field's options. HTML is being stripped when added to field options. I'm not sure there is a workaround for this since we implement this due to security purposes.
