Send email to different MailChimp Lists based on a form field answer

I want to integrate Mailchimp for one of my mulitple choice questions. Based on the answer, I want their email go into the appropriate list in my Mail

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. However, we do not have a feature where emails go to a particular list in MailChimp based on a field answer in the form. It can only go to a specific list that you will set during integration.

We can submit a feature request on your behalf but we cannot guarantee that it will be implemented soon.
