I'm not mad and I understand this sort of actions are necessary, I'm just frustrated for not receiving any information of how to unsuspected it what to do or why it happened in the first place.
I'd like to get a quick answer, because this suspension leaves me at a tight spot...

    Thanks

Your account is suspended because the form you created is violating our Terms of Use. It is against our Terms to collect credit card info using plain text fields.

Phishing. You agree that JotForm, Inc. may terminate your JotForm Service immediately if a form's purpose is found to be deceptively obtaining, for example: sensitive credit card information, social security numbers, user login credentials, or other sensitive personal information. All these activities are considered as Phishing and any account along with the violating forms will be suspended immediately.

Collecting Sensitive Information. You may not use the JotForm Service to collect certain types of sensitive information, including but not limited to, credit card information and any type of login credentials. You may collect some sensitive information such as social security numbers or driver’s license numbers, but you are required to use best security practices of JotForm, Inc. including SSL and Encrypted Forms features. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection and privacy laws and rules applicable to the sensitive information.

If you want to have a payment field inside of a form, you need to use one of our payment tools.

You need to agree with our terms and only then we can activate your account. We will also have to delete the guilty fields from your form.

I agree, and I'm very sorry for the nuisance.

we have a device through which we manually charged payments, is there any way to keep charging manually within the limits of the terms of use?
If not we'll find another method or possibly one of your integrated payment methods if we can get them going quickly.

There is no way to collect the sensitive credit card information through JotForm and charge them manually later. The best and easy option is to use one of the payment integrations as suggested by my colleague earlier.

First, decide which payment integration to use in order to charge your users, this help article explains the various payment integrations you could use - Mastering-Payment-Form-Integrations-with-JotForm

Once you make a decision on the payment integration, you can then set up the product form accordingly, here is the user guide that helps you do it Setting-Up-Your-First-Order-Form

Creating a product order form and integrating the payment is even easy. With most payment integration the Credit Card information is entered on the form page itself so users are not redirected to third-party pages. It's easy for the users and looks more professional.

Please confirm if you are ok for us to delete the guilty fields so we can remove them and enable your account.
