Missing form data

Hi Jotform,

So i create the form, lets say i filled

- Name

- Address

- Ph number

my 1st attempt to download the submission they have the complete address from the people who submit the data. but then during my 2nd attempt on jotform some of address they have filled are gone.

I have set the address section to be mandatory filled therefore they cant skip the address section. However some data are missing and make the data not reliable to be used.

Is there anyway you can fix this technical glitch?
