Transaction Errors & Suspended Account

    Hello There,


    I had subscribed to the SILVER PLAN and I realized it had not been effected. I sent for support on this matter, and after 2 responses, I realized I couldn't log into my account because it is suspended (Login failed - SUSPENDED)


    My username is "filmone" and below is a link to the thread on which the transaction error was handled before I could not access my account again.

    Kindly give feedback on the activation of my account and the status of my subscription, as soon as possible.

    Upon review of your account it was found that it was suspended by management. We encourage you to contact support@jotform.com  att. Jeanette for assistance and use thread # in order for them to take care of it.
