I processed a test square payment on our form and the payment appears to have gone through on jot form but not on square. Is it not hooked up correctly? Thanks!

I have checked your Square Payment Integration and it seems you may have enabled the Test mode instead of the Live mode.
That may have caused why Square did not receive your test payment.
When you are in Test mode, you can use the Test cards to test your Integration if it will work but no real payment would be processed.
Please change the Mode to live to receive live payments.
Please give it a try and let us know if the issue still remains.
