How can I get a copy of my form sent to a teacher when an evaluation is submitted?

I have created a teacher evaluation form for our administrators. What I am looking for is when the admin submits the form I want a copy of it sent to the teacher and the admin who filled it out. I want the admin to select the teacher from a drop down list and based on the selection that teacher gets the email. Is there anyway to do this?
