How can I have one column per answer, when the question has multiple answers?

I am creating a form with questions that may have multiple answers. Is there a way for each answer option to have a different column, to facilitate data analysis?

I'm not sure I understood your question clearly. Do you want your submissions with multiple answer on different columns and not housed on one column?

Unfortunately, submission data is entered as one entry per field. It is not possible to separate out individual selection from a single field into multiple entries in your submission data.
