I am interested in moving from the free account to a paid account for my church, but I have a couple of questions.
1. What form of payment do you accept, and can we add payment to a registration form?
2. Can your forms accept signatures that comply with the UETA act?
Thank you
Weston

These are the following Payments that we are integrated with.
2. Can your forms accept signatures that comply with the UETA act?
We do accept E-signatures, you can check this guide:https://www.jotform.com/help/433-How-to-Add-an-E-Signature-to-Your-Form
But I'm not sure if they are compliant with UETA act.
However, we have Adobe Sign and DocuSign that are compliant with both EUTA and ESIGN Act;
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/adobe_sign
https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/docusignFor Adobe Sign, you can read their compliance here https://acrobat.adobe.com/content/dam/doc-cloud/en/pdfs/Adobe_E-Sign_Act_WhitePaper_ue.pdf.
For DocuSign, you can read it here http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/docusign.
Both of these widgets will send you a copy of the data that you have signed in the form which will make it legally binding.Hope this information helps.
