Unable to purge forms to free up upload space.

Hello,

I am unable to select my forms to free up upload space. I am not interested in upgrading my account so how can I access my forms? In the screenshot, you'll notice I am approaching my uploading limit however the options to select a form to purge are not available. How can I remove forms to free up upload space?

To clear upload space you do not need to delete the actual form, only form submissions.  Deleting a submission will remove the file attached to that submission and clear up space.  Here is more information on how to delete submissions but keep the form:
