How to restore blank submissions?

We are trying to run a report of registration for an event. We revised the form the night before the vent so no-on could register. So when we run the report none of the fees, sizes, and such are there?

How can we restore to procure all this info?

On checking the form I noticed that none of the fields were mandatory. The users while submitting the form might have skipped filling the questions.

To prevent this occurring in future please enable required fields in your form so that user would not be able to skip questions and submit.

They were Mandatory. The reports were pulling all the info and then were not.

Is there any changes made in your form after August 9, 2018, as I could see the responses blank after this.

A mandatory field comes with a * mark.

Your form is not having a mandatory check in any of the fields. You can check your form by editing it, looks like some change has occurred after August 9, 2018.
