Why is my account still over the limit?

    We received an email stating we were out of submissions, therefore, we paid the additional $19 and its still saying we need to upgrade? Not sure what is happening?!? We paid the fee.


    Please let me know what is going on as we have folks trying to sign up for our class reunion.

    I have checked your account subscription and it seems you have reached your payment limit of 10 for the Bronze plan.

    You need to upgrade your subscription to Silver to increase the payment limit and for your payment forms to work.

    The option it gave me to pay was the $19 so thats what i paid. Is there
    someone I can speak to versus this back n forth via email? We have an open
    survey and need to get this resolved ASAP or i can take my business
    elsewhere and close this account and my business account with you all as
    well. I would like to speak to someone on the phone. I can be reached at

    If you want to upgrade your account higher, please make sure to cancel previous PayPal subscription within PayPal account to avoid duplicates. We can also refund the last payment if you want to switch to Silver plan.

    If you want to cancel your current subscription. Kindly cancel it in PayPal first by following this guide:How-Can-I-Cancel-My-PayPal-Subscription

    After canceling, please contact us so that we can process the refund.
