My form is disabled and login suspended

    I am unable to login to my account and access my form which I was using fine for a while now.

    Can you pls correct this and let me know once the login and form is enabled.

    Upon review of your account I found that it has been suspended because form: https://www.jotform.com/72948252052154  has a Copyright Logo and ID Upload.

    Since you are using a free domain email in your account instead of a corporate domain, in order to reactivate your account you can either email us with proof that you are allowed to use that Logo to our email: support@jotform.com or you can change your email to a valid corporate one.

    Accounts are suspended or guilty fields and logos are erased if non complying, which can and will impair the smoothness of your business.   In no way we want to interfere with legitimate business. 

     

    Collection of ID Upload in their digital format is not permitted, upload buttons are not designed to protect sensitive information, so we suggest you to refrain  from using them with this type of data; in case of a security breach they are not going to secure the information at the servers.

    Please be aware that this is not allowed  because it's considered a phishing activity, which violates our Terms of Use

    Yes we have rights to use that photo.
    And yes we need photo I’d validation to run background checks before we rent out. This is standard practice for almost all rental properties.

    Like my colleague advised you need to send us an email from your corporate address, this will help us to proof the account ownership, please use this thread id in the subject "1558075" and send the email to support@jotform.com

    Let us know via this thread once you have sent the email, we will proceed updating your account email address as soon as we receive your confirmation email.
