My form has terms listed in which the customer has to agree to and electronically sign for. When I save their submission, it does not show the terms that they agreed to. Is there a way to print this with the terms listed above their signature?

Please enable the "Show Headers and Texts" option before downloading it into a PDF file. Here's a user guide: How-to-Show-Headers-and-Text-in-the-PDF.

You can also enable the "PDF Attachment" option in the email notification so that a PDF copy will be attached in the email alert. Here's a guide: How-to-include-submissions-as-PDF-attachment-in-the-email-notifications.
