Zapier: Why isn't the Zap triggering upon the submission?

    If you have questions about how to check the history logs for your Zap or anything else related to Zapier, you may contact them here: https://zapier.com/help/ 

    You may also try re-doing the Zap between JotForm and the other app, if after double checking your Zap you're still experiencing issues, let us know.
