Can I insert tag in drop down options?

Can I insert a tag in drop down options because I have to put ® as superscript in one Dropdown of my form? When I insert it  deletes other options.

Hi I want to superscript ® like ^®. but when i insert <sup> It removes automatically when I save it.

Unfortunately, it is considered as custom codes and we had to restrict forms from that. The code will be rejected at any field.
