How to display text in a sub-label

Hi team,

My goal is to do something like that:

Phone Carrier and Model Number: - [Question Text]

How to find your Phone’s Model Number: - [Sub Label or Description]

iPhone:  Settings → General → About

Galaxy:  Settings → About Device

[Input Text]

As you can see, I need  to be able to split the Sub label or Description to different lines.

Is it possible when I've selected to use the "Single question per page" form?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to display the sub-label in multiple lines. This is due to the HTML tags are stripped off from the form due to security related reasons.

If you want to change the layout to the classic layout, you may consider using Hover text option to display the text in multiple lines.
