I cancelled subscription but was still charged.

    Hello, I canceled the subscription to the service "BRONZE" and they charged me again.

    They charged me $ 19.00. I do not need the services anymore.

    How do I process the money refund?

    I have sent a request to our billing team to cancel your bronze monthly subscription and process the refund for your last subscription payment as well. Please allow 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    Please note that your account is now downgraded to free plan.
