Form still exceeds quota after upgraded plan purchased

    Our form exceeded quota yesterday. I upgraded our membership level and it is still showing as exceeded quota. Please help.

    This is because the form you are referring to is under the account melissapastrano that is still a free account. You upgraded the account mdsustaita to a Bronze account. If you like, you can put in a request and we transfer the forms from melissapastrano to your paid account. 

    Note that this request has to be made while logged into the melissapastrano account where the forms currently are.
