By referral do you mean the invite friends option in the "Get More" page?

If so, there should have been an email sent to their address with a link to sign up.  When they sign up through the link sent, it automatically credits your account with the additional submissions.

She went ahead and signed up because she couldn’t find the link. It’s Gwen Peterson with Spiritual Communities Network. I’m guessing she used email addy mstzmom@gmail.com.

If I could be credited, that will be great.

Also, do you know when your next sale is? I’m interested in upgrading and I was out of the country with spotty email so I wasn’t able to upgrade at that time.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to increase the submissions, she must have been registered using the link sent in the invitation email. The email may have ended up in the junk/spam folder so it would be good to check there as well, you may also send the invitation again to someone else and make sure they register using the link provided, if they do not receive it, let us know. 

We cannot provide a date when a new sale will be available, I would recommend you to check the email newsletter JotForm sends since you will be notified when a new discount is applied to the subscriptions.
