Not receiving email notifications of submitted forms

    I have successfully created 2 JotForms on your website.  We have created a new page for our website but this page has not, as yet, been launched.    I have successfully linked our new page to these forms and I temporarily launched the webpage in order to test the forms.  I filled them out and submitted them but we did not receive any email notifications.

    Hi Carol,

    You dont appear to have a recipient email entered in the forms notification configuration.

    Can you check that setting and update accordingly.


    This guide will show you were to find it.
