How to remove branding?

I'd like to remove the branding but the only way I see how is to upgrade to a monthly plan. I don't need all the extra things that come with the plan though--is there a way to pay a one time fee or is there another option to remove the branding? 

I'm afraid that's the only way to remove the JotForm Branding. It can only be disabled from the account settings page of your account after upgrading the account.
