    Hi,

It seems like your customers IP has been banned probably due to violating our Terms of Use. Is it possible to ask your customers IP so we can check it here?

    We'll await your reply. Thanks!

    Hi idarktech,

I thought the "terms of use" applied to our subscribing, creating and hosting a Jotform form.  How does it applie to a person/customer that is filling out our form on our web page and trying to submit it to us.  Am I wrong in assuming this?

I doubt the customer's IP is banned as it is Principal Financial Group, a global company with $364.1 billion in assets.

And, the "warning" wording she got is directed to the admin of a website using jotform that might be using the form to Phish...not to a customer simply trying to fill out the form.   I realize phishing protection is a intrical part of Jotform but I just wanted to know if it is suppose to happen to our customers under any circumstances.

    Hi,

The customer might be a JotForm member as well, we do not know. Or, they might be using IP address which are in the blacklist since we do have thousands of phishers who are in the blacklist who uses different proxies or softwares for changing their IP's so they can bypass and access JotForm. Possibly, one of these phishers might be using similar to their IP and this could possibly be the reason why they are blocked.

With this, we need the user's exact IP address so we can check it on our blacklist record and have it added to our white list.

    Thanks.
