Request to remove card info on billing page

    Hello jotform team.

    I want to remove my credit card from my account, I was trying to do it but it only lets me update to a new card but not eliminate it and leave it empty to avoid automatic crediting.

    How can I do it? Can you eliminate it directly?

    I believe you are referring to the Payment Method on the billing page of your account where it shows you paid via credit card with the last-4-digit of the card showing — https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

    I'm afraid it is not possible to have that information removed unless the account is downgraded to the free subscription.

    Also, as explained in our terms, paid accounts are subscription. This means that it will automatically renew at the end of its billing cycle until you cancel your it.
