stored submissions are missing

    I've noticed that our submissions are disappearing from a lot of our forms. Not active forms, to be sure, but forms we've closed to submissions. Does Jotform have a retention policy? Or is there a setting I've missed somewhere to keep submissions longer that just a few months?

    Submissions would be stored in the Total submission until the maximum submission limit has been reached.

    I have restored your Total submissions, and you should be able to view your old submissions.

    Thank you very much for restoring my submissions. Since I was not anywhere near my submissions limits, I'm concerned why they were removed in the first place. Is there a setting I need to change to preclude this from happening in the future?

    Do note that while the new submission comes, the old ones are deleted. In other words, most recent submissions will be kept. May I suggest downloading your submissions https://www.jotform.com/help/73-How-to-Download-Form-Submissions-as-Excel-CSV-PDF

    I have checked your account and it seems you may have not downgraded your account or have a subscription expired. I'm not sure why some of your old submissions was removed as you have not exceeded your Total submisison. However, we have restored it already.
