Out of Payment Submission

    Good afternoon.

    My name is Daniella Bezerra and I'm with Covenant Christian Academy in Warrenton, VA. We have been getting a message on our homepage "Out Of Payment Submission" We have a Silver membership/year S-1SJ80039EG158535H


    Can you please clarify why we keep getting this screen?

    Please note that the payments limit refers to the number of payments you receive through the payment integrations you have added to your forms. 

    The plans have different payments limit, please kindly check the following guide in order to find more details about your account limits and usage: https://www.jotform.com/help/408-Understanding-Your-Account-Usage-and-Limits 

    You will be notified once you reach the payments limit, you will be able to upgrade if needed or wait until the limit resets the first day of the next month. If you decide to upgrade you will receive a pro-rated refund for the unused time of your current plan or charged the pro-rated amount, depending on the payment method you use.
