How to switch off highlight effect on fields?

Hey guys my problem is whenever i click to answer the question, the block where the question is goes bright i want it to remain the same colour as the form itself.

I have been thru both designers and i just cannot find the section which allows me to make the block stay the same colour.

Pease Help me Ob1.

Here is how you can turned that effect off:

1) Go to your settings page: https://www.jotform.com/build/82318509248865/settings

2) Scroll down and find Highlight effect:

And set it to disabled.
