When setting up the email notification for a form, I update the recipient email to point to a specific email address. When I click the test button the email address that displays is the one that I used when setting up my account profile. When form is embedded into a web site the form works in that it collects the information, but no email is ever sent. I do not receive email in the address setup in the email notification form and I do not receive it in the email of my account profile.
Need assistance resolving.

This email address(sales@******areus.net) is in our bounce list and I will remove it for you.
Reason(s) : 5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'5.1.1 recipien=t rejected'
What I could suggest you to avoid this from happening again is to change your form's notification sender email to email@example.com and whitelist JotMail's IP's Addresses.
