I tried cancelling my subscription but I was charged again yesterday

    I tried to cancel my subscription at the beginning of August but was charged yesterday for another month. Could that be refunded since I have not used it and will not use it the whole month of September?

    No worries. I have requested the refund to our billing team. Our refund timeframe is within 4-10 business days. You should get an email from PayPal once it is refunded.
