The file seems to have stopped working. When the submission comes through and you click on the file link you just get a snippet of XML code in the browser (see screenshot).

I checked your account and there seems to be a problem with that particular file. The other files are showing up fine. So, my recommendation would be to contact to the sender and ask them to re-send the file.
