Product images of payment tool is not being displayed.

I have an order form where I have some images that will not load to the product. can you let know what's the issue.  There are .jpg but they will not upload.  Keep show big "X" for the image. 

Also on the preview before submit page how can I remove the "Preview Answers" to "Preview Order" button from the page that shows preview.

Have you solved this problem already? I did check your form and it seems to display the product images correctly. Please check the screenshot below:

Two of the products "Latex Gloves" & "Floor Cleaner" does not have any image. Have you removed these two images already? I would suggest you to please add the images again and get back to us if you have any trouble and we will take a look.
