Product images of payment tool is not being displayed.

No have not fixed, just removed the images that did not load.  I put them back for you to review.

I did check your form and it seems you have not yet added the image in the two products of payment tool. Please check the screenshot below:

I would suggest you to please add the image again in the payment tool and we will take a look.
