Why is paypal not working once my form is submitted?

Everything on my end, and on Paypal's is correct.  I've tried to donate money with my own form and it says "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."  My friend has tried to donate money using my form and gets the same response on the paypal payment page.

Everything appears to be correctly configured in your form. I cloned your form added my test PayPal details and it worked fine.

Could you please enter your PayPal email address in the Paypal Account field instead of paypal.me link?
