Account suspended?

    Hi there,

    I tried to log in the other day, but forgot my password.  It locked me out after a couple of attempts and won't let me attempt again.  It says "login failed - suspended."  Can you please help me to get back into my account and reset my password?

    Upon review of your account I found forms: and are requesting Banking information, Social Security and Driver's License Numbers. 

    Please be aware that this is not allowed  because it's considered a phishing activity, which violates our: Terms of Use 

    In regards to the collection of Social Security and Driver's License Numbers it is allowed (if needed) with the mandatory agreements and signature widgets:

    Signature fields:    

    Terms of Agreement in order to verify that your customers agree to provide that information:   

    I have added these widgets to your account (you can also modify them to fit your needs),your account has been reactivated.

    If you need to request banking information you have two options:

    1-If you are requesting Banking information for direct deposit you need to add the widgets to that form as well.

    2-If you are requesting it in order to collect payments I recommend you to use one of our: "Payment Processors"

    Please modify your forms accordingly, in order to avoid any inconveniences.

    Hi there. Thanks for your response. I haven't used those forms in very
    long time and they were for my business. Anyway, I don't need them so you
    can delete them if you want. Someone contacted me about this previously as
    well, and I have not used these forms since then either, so I don't know
    why my account was suspended again for forms that I do not use. At any
    rate, I tried to log back in and it will not allow me to log in. I click
    the Sign In button and it doesn't do anything. Please fix if you can.

    Thank you for your response, your account has been reactivated, your IP has been unblocked as well, regarding the forms since you mentioned that youdon't use them you can delete them or modify them accordingly; if you are still not able to login, feel free to contact us.
