I have a form "Torah Readings Schedule" - I updated the dates dropdown field in Jotformpro but when the form is viewed, the new dates do not appear.
When editing the form, whether from jotform or jotformpro, the new list of dates appears, but when previewed in jotformpro, only 4 dates appear instead of the long updated list.

The updates done in the form is probably not replicating in time to the embedded form in your website.
You can try changing the URL of the form in the embedded code to like this :
http://www.jotform.com/form/10260400236 -- that is, change the subdomain 'form' to 'www'
