Select Multiple recipients for an auto notification using checkbox selection

I have created a form where I am required to select multiple recipients which changes depending on business requirements. I have loaded all recipient names to a dropdown checkbox and turned on calculated values. I have added the email address to the calculated value to each corresponding name.

I have added a condition for the form where a field {Name}is filled send the autoresponder to {fieldname} hoping to build and populate the required list of recipients. Unfortunately this does not work. I have set the recipient email under the email settings to point to the form section that contains the fields/calculated values. But fortunately this does not seem to work. Any ideas if this is even possible with in jotform.

    Any help would be appreciated

    Yes, that should be possible.

    1. Set the emails as calculation values on checkbox options

    2. Create a condition that combines the selected emails and outputs it in a Textbox (Short Text Entry) field.

    Here's how it works:

    3. Set the Output textbox (Combined Emails field in the above example) as the recipient of your autoresponder.

Make an actual submission in your form afterwards, this should work.
