Have no idea why and the emails I was sent in repsonse to this probelm had no true guidance fo me..It was weird.
Anyways - if htere is truly a customer service program with this company - I cant stay or upgrade until I hear fr0m you. What is the sense of having people submit forms and I have no idea that they did?
